Project Background

This case study demonstrates my user-centric approach to addressing Indonesian Bank Jago's validated main challenge: the Millenial’s lack of interest in investing in insurance services. The project was completed as part of my final assignment for the Portfolio Plus program by Skilvul. Through this program, I aimed to expand my knowledge with a real-world case while building a valuable portfolio for my current and future career development.
